Default bearing

I think i wrecked the bearing at the end of the gearbox, where the toothwheel for the chain is attached (by putting to much tension on the chain after changing my rear tire). Stupid me.
Now i can hear the bearing making noise when driving. How can i exchange that bearing? do i need to take the whole block apart? or can i reach it on an easier way, for instance directly from the side? Are there other things to think about? like when i am at it, change the chain and wheels? do i have to do a gearbox revision? or do i give it to an expert?

hope someone can help.

keep driving!

Default RE: bearing

bad news if you tweaked that bearing. you'll have to split the cases. not fun.
