I would recommend a MSF course they go over this a lot and your dropping someone elses bike .. to me it sounds like your not gaining speed before you lift up your toes.. the speed of the bike will help keep it upright..did you lower the front of the bike as well?

I would suggest, as previously mentioned, taking a MSF course.. and try to find a little dirtbike to tool around on.

A quad would be better if you're not understanding the mechanics of shifting/letting out the clutch, but the balance should be instinctual. Remember, speed is stability. It would be very intimidating, I would think, to not be able to touch the ground. Not sure if that even sounds safe. Hope you are at least wearing some leather-palmed riding gloves. Like I said, I would try and get ahold of some off road toys, and if you're still serious about riding, try to find a smaller bike or something that can be lowered/adjusted more.

At slow speeds your bike is very unstable thats common for everyone. Just pick your feet up and give a LITTLE throttle a motorcycle is more stable at 150mph than 10 mph.

How tall are you? What kind of boots are you wearing?

If you're that tiny, the f2 may be a bad choice for you. What about getting a 250 of some sort?
