That gun is pretty badass. I could declare war on my "crazy neighbor" for sure with that monster!! 
And hello, prybar! I've always liked the rimfires, too. You can shoot all day for next to nothing, and they aren't terribly loud. My buddy has a 17. nice flat little shooter. I'm sure I'll have one some day, I've been looking at the savage. I already have several 22s, and the .223rnd seems to fit the bill for the longer shots (with a little more knockdown), so the 17 hasn't really found a niche for me yet. However, I'll still end up with one because ....well... they're neat! (Don't need a reason, right?!)

Craigslist won't let you list up your goodies anyway, though, even if perfectly legal.
I'd like to be able to own something like an MP5, but I don't think it's gonna happen in my lifetime. Full auto is a rich guy's thing.

Sir Trout, I would like an M60 so that I can go squirrel hunting for the squirrels that are on my neighbor's roof!! I guess the squirrels like the bird seed I toss up on their roof!! They are chewers so the neighbor should be enjoying next winter.... You thought I was kidding about tossing bird seed on the neighbor's roof, didn't you...
If I had an M60, I would offer to pluck them little fecal dumpers right off their roof for them... "My pleasure." Of course, I would miss the squirrels since they would be giving me the reason to blast the roof off!
