Tried it, didn't really spark so to speak...

Don Gibson_Video "Sweet Dreams About You" - YouTube
Absolutely!!! Nothing like Mr. Smooth. Great suggestion. I'll be back there today will give him some play time.

Edit - Don Williams, not Don Gibson is Mr. Smooth. I should really have more coffee before I take on such arduous tasks as attempting to remember country music singers nick-names.
But Don Gibson is just as great, though I have no idea what his aka is.

Bartender's Blues.

My favorite George Jones song was actually written by James Taylor.

It's tough not to love any of George's music. I'm partial to, "A good year for the roses."

That's pretty funny. We are in the process of moving to a new home about 8 miles from the one we just sold. I was contemplating how to get my riding mower to the new house because I really don't want to drain all the fluids for the movers. I told my wife I could just drive it on the back streets all the way there. She thought I was nuts. I said, "Hey if George Jones could drive his mower to the liquor store, I can drive mine to the new house." She still thinks I'm an idiot.
