Somehow the Adagio gives me chills when it is performed. A beautiful piece juxtaposed with the film's topic.

Haven't listened to the other you posted, but will. Looks interesting.

Two new thrift store finds. Right now the Boston Pops Orchestra " Boston Tea Party". Next up, Rafael Mendez (trumpet with symphony orchestra "Mendez in Madrid"

:-) You may like a group called Hayseed Dixie. They are a great cover band that takes all kinds of music and turns it into bluegrass.

Tonight Big Band Hits of the 30's, 40's and 50's with Enoch Light and the Light Brigade. These are some the pieces my folks played when I was a little squirt. Enoch Light and band does a good job on them. Several of his albums reside on my shelves, and find a place on the turntable regularly.

Hey Mattson, you sure Steve n seagulls are from Finland, they sure look a lot like the folk from the West Coast of Tasmania, even the weather looks the same.
