You are right Henry da dark lord comes up with Tip Top stuff sometimes
so good in fact I'm going to read it once more with a large glass of bourbon
on hand to see if I can truly capture the essence of such poetic solitude ....lol

And Stumpy do me a favor and start a carb thread of your own in the main
section so we can move all that carb related content in there mate !

Oh and yeah vote for Sprock too

Hi guys, new CBR1000F owner here from NSW Australia. Still haven't picked it up from the salehouse but she's a red & black '88 model with 60,000km on the clocks and looks to be in good nick except for the camchain rattle (all got it don't they?) and rear disc which is a bit scored.

Just saying 'hi' and glad to have found a forum for these beasties.

Cheers - boingk

Aha, Sprock beat me to this - it's a duplicate but at least all you reprobates have met the new man.
Told Ric he needs a sense of humour to come here.
AT LEAST HE'S GOT THE RIGHT COLOR MODEL - THE BEST THERE IS !! (Now wait for the cr-p to start flying, AGAIN) You boys just don't know a good thing when you see one.

Wait till you hit 6000RPM Ric, and you'll see why they are called Hurricanes -

Stumpy, not sure if I should beat you with a stick or fall about laffin ' 'S'all good Brother.
