I want to fit a new tank pad but I cant remember what I have used before to remove the old one, I mean the pads that protect rear of tank from jacket zip marks (or for me, from my fat gut
)
Anyone know, please

To remove the sticker residue, I normally ise WD-40, but you can use lighter fluid (naptha) or even kero.

Or a small amount of degreaser with a clean rag has worked in a pinch for me before. Petrol works nice to. Any petroleum based product will rip it off. WD40 does get it off but takes a lot of rubbing imo.
