tank faring seat and the small rod that is in the cluch handel cant spell
You can also buy oem parts from places online like www.mrcycles.com It has full drawings of the bikes and they sell just about all stock parts. More expensive, though.

Bluelagoona55 Here !
Had my 91 1000 f about 18 months and it is by far the most comfortable bike I have ridden.
All those who have a go on it agree, it's blend of power and comfort are great for eating up miles.
I use it reguarly to commute the 100 mile round trip to work and back and it still brings out a big grin at the end of a long day.
My only gripe be it a small one is at slow speeds the weight starts to make itself noticeable ( being short in the leg dosn't help here ! ) but over 10 MPH and the weight dissappears.
Great forum so glad I have found you guys !

It was suggested that I stop in here and say hello as well as the new member area. Rather then write a lot here, I'll simply link my introduction there.
I'm on the laptop now but when I next log onto the desk top, where my pictures are, I'll post pictures of my 23yr. old 1987 Winterlake Blue/Grey 1987 CBR1000F Hurricane. Nothing special other then it still looks the same as it did the day I took it off the showroom floor. And with VERY LOW MILES.
Oh, and, any SERIOUS offers, and I'll probably sell it. sniff sniff. lol The sniff sniff is because deep down I really don't want to. It's I've come the the reality, reluctant reality that I may have to and this bike deserves to be ridden more then I do and I can ride it...
Anyhow, glad I found the forum and wish I'd of found it long ago. As they say, better late then never. As promised, here's pictures of my 23yr. old 'cane. I should point out the mileage on the odometer now reads 12,110.
