My thoughts after a glimpse of diesel fumes

But I gotta tell you, throwing a ten meter ten tonne lorry sideways on an icy (empty) road, now that is fun and surprisingly easy, just gotta keep in mind that the slide doesn't end for a while when you let off the pedal.
Probly have to tune the strato today and strum some chords, see if my fingers would still remember...
BTW I thought I knew inglish... I once started reading HP Lovecraft's The Call of Ctulhu in Finnish but never finished it. Found the whole thing in audio books from Spotify yesterday, tried listening to it while trucking this morning. About half of it goes over me 'ead!
BTW2: absolutely stunning weather today! Rode to work in semi-dense fog which was pretty fun after a long while, right now @9:30am +15c and absolutely spotless sky, probly gonna hit 20 for the first time this year today, very very glad I did not skip the bike this morning like I almost did, somehow I got a feeling the ride home today might be slightly longer than usually...

Yes, you can roll a turd in glitter, but it's still a turd.
Matti , try Serial on podcast. I have only listened to the first couple of episodes but it has tweaked my interest.

I was going the Hank route there for awhile. Managed to slim down about 25 lbs in the last few months.
If?
We may, just for a moment, get back on subject here?
Me and the Mrs. took a scouting trip up to Mount Vernon to recce the area. What I had really not noticed before was the prevalent sound of Mariachi music that was drowning out the sound of banjos. We searched other communities such as Burlington and Sedro-Wooley and farther uo the river only to find that the banjos only got louder.
So we abandoned the riverside communities to search west and seaward. In reality, the more natural direction for our tastes considering we're both dyed in the wool Sounders
We think we hit gold in the city of Anacortes.
Small town (pop.16,000) situated on Fidalgo Island and connected by bridge to the mainland. It's the terminus for the San Juan Island ferries and connects via ferry to Victoria, BC. Stopped in a pub to down a few with the locals and found them to be our kind of people.
It's a timed 20 minute commute from my new workplace and is really a pretty little town. As the date for the store opening draws nearer we'll begin searching out housing in earnest perhaps only taking a small apartment with a short lease while we search the town for the right place.
We now return to our regular thread derailing
