Default Flat black Hurricane

Just saw this today, not sure if you folks have seen it. A guy bought a 88 Hurricane, re-did some engine stuff, and painted it flat black. I'm not saying whether I think it looks good or not.

$400 '88 CBR1000F, one mans trash is a boys treasure, full rebuild : motorcycles

Some cool shots of the engine internals there too. It had a large hole in one of the pistons.

Bonus link of a motorcycle engine undoing itself right next to a Hurricane: how to show off!!!! what a dummy (loud) - YouTube

I can't figure than one out. It seams like a fuel line broke or something. Anyway it was green, not my flavor bike.

Not the first "murdered out" bike I've seen but def. the only 'cane. On the fence with the look. Wonder how it would look with the origional red/black livery but in a matte finish.

That clip was painful to watch. I was literally wincing.

My beloved MK1? Arriving to a scene like that? hmmmm... lets just say "pleasantries" would definitely be exchanged. WTF did he think was going happen? Couldn't he hear it begging for its life? That kind of mechanical vandalism makes me ill. Even if it is a Kwaka .
