Too bad you're half a world away bordo, I'd do it for a cold one.

As for making the tires slick to mount Bordo

Simple Hand Sanitizer , the clear gel type works great and evaporates off nicely

Doesn't it evaporate too fast?

After struggling with changing tires I finally popped for one of these.
I haven't un boxed it yet but I will this weekend when I change out my front tire.
Ill report then.

I used it to change my front tire and it performed gloriously. I have no idea why anyone would struggle without one.
