RE: installing rear brake rear sets
that looks like the piece you are buying has the rear master cylinder and rear caliper along with the rearset...way more than what you need (hope you didn't pay much)....all you have to do is unscrew the rearset from the rear master cylinder...you do not have to do anything with the brakes at all...why the guy is selling the whole lot is wierd to me...but the quick answer is this is easy...
just unscrew the mounting points of the rearset on the bike....the M/C will come off it...then just do the same on the part you bought and line everything back up and you're done....
honestly, it's a really easy job....don't look at the braking stuff at all..just look at it as removing that rearset...

RE: installing rear brake rear sets
okay after looking at it again...in the first pic...it looks like the two big bolts on the right are the ones that hold it to the bike...as well as the one allen head on the lower right...
what you'll do is unscrew those...then unsrew the break lever from the M/C on the bike....
on the new part...unscrew the upper left most screws...should pop it off the M/C...unscrew brake lever from that M/C....take the new setup and reverse the removal process and reattach the brake lever to the M/C on the bike...
good luck...
