You need to make sure fork-blades are parallel so they don't twist wheel-bearings when installed.

Test with piece of glass that can lay on both fork-blades, like 25x25cm. Make sure glass sits on both fork-blades flat without rocking.

Otherwise you may have twist in upper AND lower yoke that's not holding fork-blades parallel.

Steering Stem - 53219KPP900 https://www.cmsnl.com/honda-cbr125r-...r_53219kpp900/
Top Yoke - 53300KPP860 - https://www.cmsnl.com/honda-cbr125r-...k_53300kpp860/

You're not going to be able to fix these with a torch and a hammer.

Okey i took it apart and it's not parallel but its bearly visible to the eye when you spin them against each other.
