Default where to strap my cable lock?

Hey guys. I live in one of the highest theft rate citys in america. Stockton, California.

to battle this I have purchased this: http://www.amazon.com/OnGuard-Rottwe.../dp/B000FL1BHU

It is 5.5 feet long and 1 inch in diameter. Its very thick and tough, but I dont know where to wrap it around. Right now im using a thinner chain and chaining it to a gate every night, lacing it through the frame in the side access door. This cable lock is alot thicker and will not fit through there. any ideas?

Maybe weld i nifty, spiffy lookin, un-obtrusive, low key lookin, little loop onto your swing arm?

I have also seen swing arms with hollows in their frame. Lock nuts, and go through the rim maybe.
They wont get far missing a wheel anyhow.

It is a CBR F3. I cant do the wheel. too many people say wheels are easily taken off by thieves. it doesnt have a hollow swing arm either =[

I dont like cable locks due to the fact that a pair of bolt cutters from a hardware store that cost less then $50 can get through ANY cable locks, I bought an alarm system for my bike and I might get the LoJack system when I save some money, I would die if my bike got taken just so someone could part it out and make a couple bucks to buy some beer!
