03 600 rr tail like is lit but does not get brighter when eather brake is hit

 

Check the bulbs with a multi meter, start there. cheapest fix

 

tail light is lit not sure if its on dim or stuck on bright for the brake and turn signals do not work at all i check conections and ajusters for the brake still gotta look at fuses

 

Is the light LED? if not the bulbs are most likely dual filament and they might have burned out. If the turn signals don't work as well you can get some dielectric grease and pack the connections. But I would start with a multimeter and test the connections and bulbs first.
