Default Tach/Speedo/Temp gauge issues F4

I have a 2000 F4, and the other day I noticed my tach and speedo not working. They started working shortly, then stopped mid trip. The high-beam light, turn signals, oil pressure light, neutral light etc. all work. I opened up the cluster, and nothing looks fried. I have scoured the forums and couldn't find anything of any help. Any ideas?

Check the connectors for corrosion. Check the ground box, make sure all of your ground connections plus the actual ground itself is good.

I'll check in the AM. Where would I check the connectors for corrosion? At the gauge cluster?

I'm pretty mechanically inclined, just new to bikes.

I cleaned the ground, and removed a washer from it(it had no purpose where it was at), and viola my tach and speedo are working. Thanks bud.
