Suspension settings?

Unless you REALLY KNOW WHAT YOUR DOING... I wouldnt fk with them..
I know alot of moto gp riders, rides with hayden a few times, even he said dont mess with it... he doesnt even do his own work..

I'm assuming you're asking because you considering changing your current settings. Just a word of advice...
No two suspensions are alike. Every bike's suspension is unique. You SHOULD set the suspension for you. It is highly likely that the stock settings are not suitable for you (unless you weigh ~130 lbs or so). Here is a good place to start:
