Default Suspension settings

To be honest...I have no problems with the way my bike is setup right now. But with that said, I still want to know what the optimal suspension settings should be for me. I'm 5'2" 125lbs. The bike is at stock settings right now. I've tried to look for anything that can help me find out what the settings should be for my weight ( or at least close too) but seem to keep hitting a brick wall. anything would be really helpfull. Oh ... and I know the whole, if it ain't broke, then don't fix it thing. But if I change the settings and it helps improve my performance than HELL YEA. If not, then I change everything back to stock settings.

Help out please!

i asked a similar question not too long ago. service manual + youtube videos are great sources in finding out how to tune your suspension.

How about taking it to someone who knows how to adjust it; a professional. I've heard it's only like $20.

Sorry for the highjack, but could you elaborate on your Custom memory foam seat?

125 lbs with gear? The springs are to stiff for you so it'll be hard to adjust it much.
