Default staying on issue

Im having some issue with my 2006 cbr f4i. ok well for me to start it up I have to lean it far to the left to have it started. then when I tilt it back to the middle it dies. getting to neutral is kinda hard to get also sometime. but when I do get it to start and tilt it to the middle (when it doesn't dies) and put it in first gear it dies like I stall out even when im holding down the clutch. there red light on also that sits 2nd farthest to the left. please any help would be appreciated!!

The red light should be associated with an MIL code that you need to track down as well.
