Heres an idea. This quote is from motorhead, his bike would run fine until it warmed up good.
The only module on the bike that is not testing out just right is the pulse generator, it test fine when it is cool but once I have been riding and the problem starts I pull over quick and test it and it has a high ohms reading, the manual states it shouldn't get over 590ohm at 68 degrees, but I am getting a reading of 620ohms hot.

I know that thread, not sure if it really applies.

But, if we're gonna go down the "warming up" road, where's your temp guage hang out at? You could have a blown gasket that's only opening up in extreme temps.

Also, the regulator/rectifier on your model bike has a tendancy to overheat (and melt). This could cause weird voltages to crop up in hot situations. Your big problem with all of this is you're going to have to get the bike hot enough so the problem will occur, then sit out in the desert sun and troubleshoot. I'm in Vegas every other July; I know it suuuuuuuucks.

That almost makes sense, but...... since heat is a form of resistance all into itself, it almost seems like a normal result. I do agree however if you test something and find out of spec results, the part should be replaced, or rebuilt to within manufacturer specs.

plainly put,

if your fuel system checks out, hot and cold,

your getting air into the engine, hot and cold,

and your ignition system is functioning within spec hot and cold.

check your charging system as well, if it checks out.....

it should be all good....

that being said, you have told us so far your fuel system checks out, and im pretty sure your getting air to the engine, so lets look at the ignition system, if your plugs are okay, make sure your coils are and your ignition box is okay, if that is all okay, you've missed something with your fuel, aswell, clean and adjust the carbs to factory specs.
