1996 cbr f3.

dropped going 5mph in dirt, no scratches lol.
waited a day to start it up.

now theres a loud ticking sound.

where should i start looking?

oh and i noticed a small amount of steam/smoke coming out of the tail pipe after i shut it off.

 

Sounds like internal fail. Be sure all fluids are good (especially oil), pull the plugs, see what they look like. Shut off right after dropping? If oil is good and plugs arent completely black or distorted, you will probably need to take it to a shop and have them take a look into the cylinders (or if they can tell where the tick is from).
