I'm new to the street bike scene, i just got my first street bike. 05 cbr 600. Here is the problem, the bike will start fine at points lets say when im warming it up, but after ive riden it for lets say 20min and i turn it off, and attempt to start it back up, it will barely turn over... Is it a bad battery? what could this be?

 

^^^to add when I attempt to start the bike back up 20-30 min later it'll turn right back over.

Are there any tests I can do to help narrow it down? Battery and whatnot?

 

bad rectifier can drain the battery juices but once the rectifier get over heat it is hard to start up the bike.

is the stock rectifier has a long wire or short wire?
