I went to start my bike today (1992 F2) and it cranked real slow and finaly didnt at all. But the lights were working. Its been sitting for about 3 weeks since I last rode it. I charged the battery and it fired up great. Do you think it just sat too long or could it be the charging system? Thanks for any help or comments.

 

how old is the battery?

 

if it sat it got discharged no big deal just charge it if you want to ride or get a battery tender and keep it pluged in all the time and it wont go dead on you

Ok thanks guys. The battery is fairly new. Maybe one year.
