Default Stalling when shift into first

Bike was running fine until I changed the plugs and oil. Fresh oil and filter, but everything back together, started right up, sounds good, I shift it into first and it dies immediately. Any idea whats going on?

Yep, I let it run for about 3 minutes making sure the oil made its way all over, made sure the stand was ALL the way up and I was off for my Sunday ride. Such a simple thing, who would have thunk!

It's always the kickstand. I think I've seen about 3 posts this week with this same problem.

+1 I've done it with my last bike while I was in traffic....it was a long ine so I put my kick stand down and when the light turn green and went to put it in first gear, it stalled and would crank over...that was a noobie mistake and extremly embrassing since about 50 cars was looking at me.
