i have been on before about my problem, and have decided to split my gearbox and replace 6th gear instead of buying a second hand engine.
can any one advise me on the best site to get exploded images or step by step videos of the best way to do this.

 

Get the Genuine Honda Service Manual for your bike. Should be able to find one on Ebay for a decent price. They are well worth the money, I replaced a few gears and clutch on my CBR954 following the manual. It takes patience and alot of time but will save you money, I had no engine experience before this and now the 954 runs and shifts like a champ!
