Default spark plug wire numbers

i have an f1 and ive read that the spark plug wires are numbered to easily plug in. i looked at them and theres small numbers molded into the spark boot but the numbers are like 5 and 8 and 4 or something.

how do i figure out how everything plugs in?

i rearanged the cables on the coils because i thought the previous owner had it wrong.
and i rerouted all the spark plug wires as it showed in the stock parts diagram.

Searching this forum I found that the firing order is 1,2,4,3 counting the cylinders as 1234 from left to right of the bike as you sit on it. The right hand side coil feeds 1&4 spark plugs and the left hand side coil feeds plugs 2&3. Hope this information is correct for your bike, so connect them up and see if the bike starts ok. If it struggles to start then you'll have to let us know so we can search again.
