What bike do you have?

My FI light is not red, but my battery light is...
Perhaps you don't have ignition power to the fuel pump and electronics.

honda cbr125 FI

When installing the throttle body I accidently forgot to plug in the cable on the underside. When turning the key the fuel injection system and FI light didnt work. I plugged in the cable again and nothing happened. I have tried leaving the ECU unplugged for 30 min, disconnected the battery. I then turned the key on and then unplugged and plugged in the ECU and then it worked.. Next morning it doesnt work again. I also have a extra cbr 150 ECU which I have worked before, even that one doesnt make the fuel injection work.. When lifting the ECU cable up and down and a little twisting it sometimes worked (is the cable broken wtf?) I have no idea what to do, and in the manual it only says that I need this HPS pocket tester equipment to reset the ECU... :/

I added a picture of which cable I forgot to plug in which I think may have started the ERROR....

Look at the connector. Make sure all the pins are clean, straight, and not pushing out. Wiggling the connection and harness is making and breaking a connection. The problem lies where your moving it.

the pin holes at the connector are so small and there are like 50 small cables going into it, its so dark and small in the holes so I cant see if they are in place or not. :/

Ok, I think I found the problem its not the wiring itself that is broken. The wires have somehow gotten loosened from the plug. I added a picture, you can see that some of the holes doesnt have those gold pin locks. Are there any tools to fix this?
