Default R&G frame sliders Question

I try not to ask stupid questions, yet I've done some searching and cant find anything on this. I have R&G frame sliders, the bold head is 20mm, yet a standard 20mm socket will not fit inside of the frame slider so i cant torque them down. I improvised and got them tight by wedging a large flat head screw driver betwen the bolt head and the slider. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem or if you know of a tool that works well. I've had them on for a while now and need to get them torqued down. Thanks I have an 05 600RR

I posted this up in 600 Mods, not many people comment in there, hope i have better luck here.

Have you tried a 6 point thin wall socket? If that still does not work, what i would do is take them out, run over to a Fastenal store (if you have one locally) and get hex head, recessed style, hardened bolts. Or some other configuration that will work out for you.

Np, although i kinda screwed up how i typed it. I didnt mean hex head, i meant round with a recessed hex, (ie: like the rearset bolts). Sorry i worded that so crappy.
