5K for 2003 with 17K is too high mang...

10% interest rate is a bit high for used vehicle buying...make sure you understand the terms and what not, whether it's compounding, etc....

talk him down, milage is too high.

 

8500 miles a year is not very high at all. Depends on where he's located. Id have to part ways w/ you on this one Tahoe.

 

mate i bought mine with 50000 KM's (32100miles) on it, went and got it tuned and dyno'd and it still makes 98 horse at the wheel..... these motors are bloody near bullet proof, as long as you have a service history, and the sevices are kept up, 17000mile isnt that much.....

im looking at a 93 cbr600 with 95000 km , engine excellent but has trouble selecting 1st and 2nd when hot , is this a clutch or gearbox issue ? cheers
