WTF but if you push the bike then put it in gear it will keep running and will drive fine as long as you down shift into first before you stop. now if you stop and put it in Neutral then back into first it dies? any ideas?

Check your kickstand sensor or make sure the kickstand is all the way up

I dont know, but i know f4i's do. If the kickstand is up all the way and there is a sensor just jump the wires to make sure its fine. Is it idling at least at 1k in neutral?

Well first you have to find it and see how may wires are going to it. If its a simple two wire sensor just cut the wires and hook them together
