Default Problem with Gauge

I have a 2000 Honda CBR 600 F4. I took it for a simple joy ride the other day and during the ride the entire gauge panel stopped working. By gauge panel I mean the speedometer, odometer, horn, signals, gas sign, and neutral sign. I am aware that the issue is fixable, however, in terms of the locations of certain parts I am clueless. That being said, I would really appreciate it if you were specific in your responses.

Thank you very much.

Sounds like a fuse. The fuse box is located under the seat.
