I just got a power commander for my 06 F4i and I have a D&D slip-on and a K&N air filter but the site doesn't have a map for it. One of my buddies told me to just download the map for another slip-on and I was just curious if that would be alright.

yes it would be fine, just keep trying them to see which one feels the best for you...
other than a dyno or finding someone else with the same mod and has a dyno'd map, this is the best you can do.
add one that does not pop when you downshift or let off throttle, etc.
