Default Oil Filter leak!!!

Hey everyone, just changed my oil (03 600rr) and now it will not stop leaking. I've even went back to Honda and they gave me a new filter. I placed the new filter on and it leaked. I've checked to see if the old ring was on the bike and it's not. I pulled the new filter and threaded it back on and watched it leak. I then placed a torque wrench on it, 20lbs and it still leaked. Someone said that the Boss, Oil filter (the part the filter threads onto) could be striped. The filter feels seated and does not just keep turning. I'm looking for ideas on why she keeps leaking before I have to take it to the shop.
Thanks
T.J.

check the mating face on the block where the seal butts up tight to the seal check for any damage (score marks) if not it could be the seal on the filter its self did you lub' it before fitting it???

I've looked at it three times, but I'll check again. When I took the original filter off the first time I inspected the block, looking for the old filter ring or anything, and wiped it clean and placed the filter back on, and I've oiled the filter before placing it on the bike. Hard to imagine that I bought two bad Honda filters, possible, but not likely to happen. I'm going to hate going to the dealer.

the only other explanation i can suggest is you have a crack on the oil filter head somewhere, maybe you overtightend it an split the housing, it is possible, especially after 2 filters and they feel tight when they are on the bike..[]
