How many miles is it between oil changes? my bike came without a manual...

 

Mine by the Book is 8000 miles, i change mine every 4000 though. I know it gets a beatin.

 

i don't wait any longer then 3,000 2000 if possible, depend on ur riding, easy highway rides u can wait longer, city or alot of beating/highspeed runs, the sooner the better

 

B, 1500mi. for me, cheap insurance. I hope the divesity of ansers, dose'nt confuse you... It's kind of like asking "whats your favorite color, and why ??????" Clean and free, Ripp'n

 

Personally I change the filter every 2k and the oil every 4k. I run amsoil 10w40 and a honda filter. Like the others have said though it all depends on how hard you ride and how much you want to protect your bike. Afterall oil is a cheap investment compared to a new motor.
