Noise after 5000rpm

It's your Cam Chain Tensioner Lifter (CCTL). On these bikes the CCTL have a tendency to become noisy after a while but it won't affect the bike mechanically. It's a fairly easy fix. Try doing a search and read up on it; highly discussed topic... LINK. < Web page's busted.

Don't Fix It: Nobody has ever actualy experienced any sort of faliure due to a loose CCT, even after putting thousands of miles on it.
Fix It: It's not up to spec, thus, it's broken, thus, you should fix it. APE makes an amazing CCT that you can manually adjust whenever it gets loose, and it's only like $50.
