Default 4500-5000rpm issues

Ok so I got a 2006 cbr1000rr and when I get to about 4500 to 5000 RPMs the bike starts kicking spitting and sputtering basically runs like crap the fuel tank fuel filter and pump have been replaced and im now out of ideas as to what's wrong with the bike. The only thing I haven't checked it the spark plugs coil packs and the fuel injectors. What do y'all think could be possible issues so that I can get back to riding and out of my roll cage?

It doesn't happen to have old gas that's been stored in it over the winter, does it?
