Default No Spark on cl 2&3 - please help

My bike (CBR600FA 2011) turns over but refuses to start - sometimes it does start but very poorly only on 1 cylinder (cl 1)

For some background: I was out for a ride when all of a sudden (about half an hour into the ride) I felt the bike exhaust note changed and the bike lost a lot of power.

Managed to ride the bike back home (about 15 miles)

I have since determined there is no spark on cl 2&3 which is controlled by the coil pack on the left side. The coil resistance was out of spec so I went ahead and ordered another coil pack and also replaced all 4 spark plugs at the same time but unfortunately the problem still remains.

I now have new coils and both primary and secondary resistance is per spec for both coil packs & brand new spark plugs.

I have established for sure (via various tests) that both coil packs and all 4 spark plugs are in full working order and the problem seems to be pulse/power coming to the coils. I get a reading of 12.xx volts on the both sides but only if I ground the negative wire to the body. the reading is all over the place if I connect the multi-meter to both wires to the coil - is this normal?

There is spark on cl1&4 and the bike used to start and run though very poorly on 2 cylinders (1&4) until today - now though the bike is still getting a spark on 1&4, only cylinder 1 is firing.

I did jet wash the bike a few days before but the bike was absolutely fine a few days after that - thinking there may be a relationship, I have since disconnected all connectors and sprayed them with contact cleaner and put them back together which has not helped.

Any help/guidance will be very much appreciated. What to test next/how? Thank you

Yes, unfortunately it was a faulty ECU - replacing the ECU and programming new keys resolved the issue
