No power until ab 4000 rpms

hi i have a 01 f4i and it boggs out and has no power until ab 4-5000 rpms then runs like a champ any ideas wat this problem could b caused by and also i jus put new plugs in

Typically that is where you are drawing on the main jets. Below that, it's your primary or idle circuit that handles idle and transition. That's a quick answer.

Well being fuel injected it is a different ball of wax. Could be airflow sensor maybe dirty. I am just spitballing cause I know carbs not FI well not in bikes anyway LOL
