new LED turn signals fast flash so bad its a flicker.
That should solve your problem. One on each signal in the rear will give you a faster blink rate than stock, but most people actually prefer this blink rate.

if not that , you could try the relay for led turns, it's very common and sold in many ebay and other stores... that should slow the blinking rate
I just got new front and rear LED blinkers and I like that they blink fast its more noticeable to others when there is a bright fast blinking light instead of a slow dim light. (or at least I think so)
Anyways does anyone know if there is some kind of law or regulation on how fast/slow your blinkers can flash? I mean am I gonna get pulled over for faulty blinkers or something, if they blink too fast?
