You can jump a bike with a car, BUT, and this is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT, DO NOT START THE CAR!!!!! Always Use a not started vehicle! And, make sure the jump vehicle is 12v. It likely is, but some older vehicles, particularly trucks we’re actually 24v, so just be aware. I actually made a pair of lead wires (a mini set of jumper cables if you will) with alligator clips on both ends just so there’s no accidental contact. Reach to the bike battery with your smaller wires ( about as thick as a pencil, and 18in long) then clip it to the reg jumper cables. And if doing it to “charge” battery, always pull the main fuse.
