Big one is the drain from the cap area. The little is the vent that goes to the evap canister if equipped or nothing.

So as i was moving the tank around during and engine swap, some gas leaked out. need I worry?

Might be a bit of residual, as long as it's not from the pump

When you tip the tank around, some fuel can get into the vent space and will leak.
