Does it look like the outside could have been chaffing on body work , can they be separated

outside of the wiring is fine no rub marks just hard as a rock, I forgot to mention this bike sat for a very long time

i think the problem is the blue wire that plugs into the fuel pump itself, if I run a wire from the brown wire to the the blue wire the fuel pump kicks on if I take the wire off the fuel pump does nothing

Are you sure the Fuel cut relay is working , did you swap with the headlight relay

The blue wire is the internal of the pump, could be a faulty pump, did you separate the 3 wires

yes I did, could be, I bought the pump new, just odd how it will power on by running a wire to it from the relay but won't when I take the wire off
