Default NEED HELP-02 F4i 600 Problem

I had not riden my bike in about 3 weeks so i decided to start it up today. The battery was dead so i charged it and started the bike, it turned on fine and i left it on for about 15 minutes. I started to clean up the bike a bit and i turned off the bike on accident. About 5 minutes after i had turned it off I tride to turn it on again but it would not start, and it does is make the cliking noise repeatedly but it does not start, i checked around the battery to see if i knocked something lose on accident but nothing, and it still will not start, it only cliks real fast, and the battery is fully charged. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The battery is definately not providing enough power. Ive had this problem also and as I heard from someone the alternator on the bike doesnt start charging until the bike is at 3k RPM, so it wasnt charging while it was sitting there idling. Sounds like it just drained it by keeping it on. Leave the charger on it overnight and it should start in the morning

the battery is definitely an issue....but it may only be asymptom and not a cause. Charge it up and try this:

I had that happen to me too. I put a battery tender on it and let it sit overnight, and started it up the next day and it was fine.

If it's the original battery you might need a new one. It might take a small charge but won't hold a full one.
