So when I bought a basket case F3 it came with well over double the purchase price in spare parts and such. Included in all this was a set of mystery pistons and an incomplete set of mystery pistons. If anyone knows them or has any ideas as far as were to look I'll gladly take the advice. I've tried comparing them to pistons I've found for CBRs on Ebay but to no luck.
On the top it says 4513M06600, below that it says A80L0, on the opposite end of the piston it has an arrow and XA which I assume is for letting you this side towards exhaust. Its size is 65.2mmx47mm at the lowest point in the skirt and highest point in the piston, the wrist pin hole looks to be about 16.9mm. This set came on what looks like regular connecting rods from Honda with new bearings and zero slop in the wrist pin, minor wear on the shirt.
The incomplete set has zero markings on the top of it hold a single arrow point towards the exhaust side too. However on the under side it says M 03. Its 65mmx38.2mm at lowest point of the shirt and highest on the piston and a wrist pin hole of 16.1. The valve indents on this set are much smaller than the other set. This set had 1 bare pistons and 2 with wrist pins installed and set on 2 regular looking Honda connecting rods but with tons fo slop and wiggling.
Just trying to figure out what they are so I can figure out what to do with them.
So I should have set of 1mm overbore pistons for an F3/F2. Thanks for that, I tried googling the top part number before but I never got any hits. Must have fat fingered something or buggered it up. Thanks for your help. Now the harder set
