Is my Motion Pro carb sync tool broken?
Just as I thought, there was no change. I quadruple checked the restrictors to make sure that they werent broken and that they were seated correctly. I also really checked for leaks in the tubing. It is all good
And as expected, MotionPro is closed today...

this is def. a great tool. Yes, its not going to be as accurate as a manometer-type sync tool, but it takes a lot less time and ends with the same result.

That is the exact set I have. While I haven't compared them to a fluid set, they seem to be dead on accurate. Even the smallest tweak of the sync screws is realized on the guage. and when tall the guages show sync'd the bike just sings.
I assume you have home improvement stores in Lord-Of-The-Ringsville? I can give you explicit directions in the construction of mine and a materials list, if you want... and you coud build it yourself for around $25 US cost (probably $8 Kiwi or $2.9 Billion, depends on the exchange rate LOL).
If you want mine and are willing to pay the freight, I'd be happy as a clam to send it to you. Freight would probably be $50-$80 or more, given the remoteness of your island kingdom.

I smell a DIY how-to sticky here...
You know, not a half-bad idea. If I get a day off, I may do one and ask the mods if it's good enough to post.
