i recently ordered some awesome after market mirrors from over seas but they wont get here for several weeks. in the meantime i obviously need/want to ride my bike, so does anyone know how fast will you get a ticket? easy to get out of?

it crossed my mind to put the broken mount on in the meantime, maybe i could get away with telling him it just happened??

Yeah I'd just put the mount on and say the new ones are on the way, truth can't hurt here. Post some pics of the new mirrors when you get them.

 

i didnt have either mirror for like 3 weeks, rode right by many cops. either they didnt notice or didnt care, and i saw some of their heads turn as i rode by. then again the cops are not very bad here, people racing up and down streets in front of them and they do nothing.

 

Cops here dont give a **** if you have mirrors or not, my buddy has mirror blockoffs on his bike and has had them since he bought the bike. All you need is one mirror anyways

 

My one buddy rides all the time without mirrors like a week after he got the bike he took them off and a couple of moths ago got pulled over for speeding(if you can imagine that) and the cop didnt say a word.
