I was wondering what would be the best thing to cut a carbon fiber exhaust with . I want to cut my scorpion exhaust but not sure what to use . Thanks for any help .......

A horizontal, metal cutting band saw. If you don't have access to one any machine shop can do it for you. That's the easiest route and it will be cut nice and straight and will cut all the way through the screened pipe on the inside.
