Your steering head bearings prolly need doing ...
There is a very slight chance that you could re pack them with grease , but most of the time if you bother to strip them down to look at them , you should just replace them ....

Check your wheel bearings with the front up in the air too while you are at it ...
Once you have checked those things ..another thing to check is your forks ....they could be down on oil or worn causing movement in the tubes
