What parts are you talking about wanting to use? Have you looked at a microfiche for your bike yet? If you haven't, go to bikebandit or ronayers and look up the parts and see if they're interchangeable.

Fork legs, triples and the swingarm. Anything is possible. Do you want a straight swap? Still, look in bikebandit's microfiche and see what it says....

Is there a reason why you want F4 parts?

The short answer - none of the parts you mention are direct swaps. The F2 & F3 were almost the same bikes, but the F4 was a complete generation change. You can make the front end swap - the F4 fork is not immensely greater for what you're going to spend to swap it out. F4 forks aren't USD as is the fashion.

To do a front end swap -typically you need to swap forks, triples, head bearings, brakes, master cylinder, front wheel and rotors.

would be much easier to ship your forks to someone like RaceTech and have them custom tune and valve them for you. OR get their fully built cartridge inserts that can go in a lot of different forks down the road.

If you want to go USD - many people go with a Gixxer setup - seems like there's always used gixxer setups cheaply available.

I would be terribly surprised if the swingarm swaps out anywhere close to directly bolting up without custom fabbing it.

You probably need to be asking these questions in the F3 sub forum - those guys would be able to help you out the best if any of this has been done - but since it hasn't been done on an F2 very often, I'm guessing it isn't popular with the F3 gang either.
