Default How do I adjust headlight level on 01 F4i?

Hey guys... I just got my HID's installed for my low beams and high beams.

For those who are curious... the brand is McCulloch, they're 6000K, H7's.

Well I love these lights, they're really bright and white. Maybe a little tinge of blue, but barely noticeable. Problem is that the low beam is shining out everywhere and aimed a bit high. It's blinding everyone.

Question is: how do I adjust the low beam height so it points more down? I wouldn't mind doing it for the high beam also to make it exactly like a low beam. I'd rather have 2 low beams instead of running 1 low beam at night only.

Diagrams would be useful.

To adjust it lower, raise the rear preload so it raises the back of the bike. You could also raise the forks in the triples to lower the front end. Should work fine. LOL I dont know on an F4i. There should be "screw" like adjusters in the front fairing somewhere that adjust them up and down.

hahahah...i was like WTF?

ok...check this out...where the ram air covers are, you'll see little holes toward the front...you're 'supposed' to be able to stick a philips head driver in there and adjust the bolts...but i usually just rip it out mang...

now for adjusting with HID...it's very complicated...and you can only do so much...since you're still running with the light assembly, which is not meant to run with HID...that's why the light goes everywhere...just aim it down as low as possible.
